I’ve gone to this dealership for two vehicle purchases and any work each vehicle has needed. I’ve gotten Zach in the service department multiple times throughout the years and always been very happy with the results. I brought my vehicle in this time for an oil change and potentially brakes/tires. I was given information from the inspection and given cost options very fast. I brought my 2013 Quest to Pat Peck Nissan because the air conditioning went out. After checking out my van, they told me the air conditioning compressor went out and I also needed a new transmission. I just bought the van in November 2019 (from somewhere else) and have had nothing but problems from the transmission and motor. Zack Rhoads was wonderful! He kept me fully informed every step of the way. He was extremely helpful and never minded all my questions. He filed my extended warranty and also had a rental set up for me. Zack also had my van vacuumed and washed at no additional charge. My van is better now than the day I bought it. I will always take my van back to him at Pat Peck.

He is the reason I use this service center. I was amazed over 10 years ago the first time I was lucky enough for Zach to ask me what could he help me with, then the second time I pulled in without giving my name or anything he walked up to me and called me Mrs Peer. That’s amazing!!! I did not make an appointment for him to get my name. He didn’t pull out anything digital to see who I was. He didn’t get any information off of the driver door. 7 years now I’ve been getting service at Pat Peck in Gulfport and even bought my 370Z from them. Long as I’m on the Coast, I’ll only take my car to Pat Peck.

We went to Pat Peck Nissan earlier this week to look at a 2015 Nissan Altima. John Brinkley was our salesman and he knew exactly what we were interested in. We test drove it and knew right away that it was the car we wanted. The purchase was completed within a couple of hours and we were able to pick up the vehicle the next day. We are very pleased with our car buying experience.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and I would highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
